Courtney’s coaching community, Know Your Number - Growing in Self-Awareness Through the Enneagram. Will be a journey of personal growth through utilizing the enneagram, an ancient tool, as we gain knowledge of how both our greatest weakness and strength is driven by our core motivation; affecting every relationship in our lives including the one we have with ourselves.

Bailey Seaton
Bailey's coaching community, The Healing Blueprint: Lay the Foundation for Building Trust in Your Body. We often want to invest in the “next-best-thing” or product to support our bodies, when in reality we have been given access to what I call the “foundations” for minimal to no cost at all. If you aren’t focusing on the "foundations," your body will not fully benefit from the more elaborate protocols or methods of support that you try to give it.
Within the next 6-weeks, we will focus on...
Laying the groundwork — no matter how advanced your health regime is, if these foundational habits are not being consistently practiced, you won't have a firm and long-standing foundation to grow upon.
Establish health rhythms -- healthy rhythms don't need to take hours or feel overwhelming to start with. These habits should be a solid framework for supporting weak organs, minimizing negative symptoms, and hold you accountable. We will utilize Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) methods like tongue mapping, along with other holistically focused practices, to identify where you specifically need extra support.
Learn the "why" -- we are often told we should do "xyz", but not often told why. I am passionate about educating you on topics that some brush over so that you can see the direct benefit from doing them or make adjustments based on your bio individuality!

1. Learning about and exploring your personal strengths, utilizing the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment
2. Discovering how your strengths currently show up in your motherhood and how to best adapt your parenting to fully utilize your strengths, making you and your children happier and healthier
3. Exploring how your strengths can contribute to your success as you balance work, relationships and raising the next generation
