1. Root-Cause approach: learn what is causing your body internal stress and understand the source of your inflammation through utilizing the Inflammation Spectrum Assessment. 

2. Stress into strength: explore breathwork, journaling, identifying limiting beliefs, and supporting one another to both embrace and overcome life’s stressors. 

3. Nourishment: understand how food plays a role in not only your physical, but mental health and learn simple tools for transforming your relationship with food. 

4. Movement: find low-impact exercises that work for you, support your body long-term, and decrease stress.
